MJPanel — Terms of Service & Policy

Welcome to MJPanel ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), accessible at mjpanel.com. By registering an account, adding funds, placing an order, or otherwise using our services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Customer," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Our Services
MJPanel is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and engagement services for various social media and digital platforms.
1.1. All services are provided for marketing and promotional purposes only.
1.2. MJPanel is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, or any other third-party platform mentioned on our website.
1.3. Service delivery speed, start time, and quantities are estimates only and may vary due to provider availability, platform restrictions, or server conditions.
2. Account Registration
2.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3. One person or entity may not maintain more than one active account unless explicitly permitted in writing by MJPanel.
2.4. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services.
3. Orders & Service Delivery
3.1. By placing an order, you confirm that the link/username/URL submitted belongs to you or that you have the legal right to promote it.
3.2. Orders are processed automatically through our system. Delivery times shown on the panel (e.g., "instant," "0–1 hour," "1–24 hours") are estimates, not guarantees.
3.3. MJPanel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Third-party platform changes, restrictions, or algorithm updates
- Provider/server downtime
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer (wrong link, private account, etc.)
3.4. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
3.5. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their account/profile/page is set to public during order processing, unless the service description states otherwise.
4. Refill & Guarantee Policy
4.1. Services marked with a "refill guarantee" (e.g., 30-day, 60-day, lifetime) will be refilled only if the drop occurs within the stated guarantee period and is requested through a support ticket.
4.2. Services without a refill guarantee are sold "as-is" with no replacement for drops.
4.3. Refill requests must include the original order ID. Refill requests without proof or order ID will not be processed.
4.4. Drops caused by the customer (e.g., making the account private, removing content, or violating the platform's own terms) are not eligible for refill.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The order failed to start and cannot be completed by our providers
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
- The service was cancelled by MJPanel before processing began
5.2. Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after an order has started processing
- Partial delivery followed by a drop (refill policy applies instead, if eligible)
- Violations of a third-party platform's terms of service resulting in content/account removal
- Orders placed on the wrong link, username, or service by customer error
5.3. Approved refunds will be issued as account balance/credit by default. Refunds to the original payment method may be granted at MJPanel's sole discretion and may incur processing fees.
5.4. All refund/dispute requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date.
6. Payments & Chargebacks
6.1. All payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the website.
6.2. Funds added to your MJPanel balance are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.
6.3. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of these Terms and will result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Loss of any remaining balance and pending orders
- Potential legal action to recover disputed funds and associated fees
6.4. We reserve the right to require identity verification for large transactions or suspicious payment activity to prevent fraud.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use MJPanel's Services to:
7.1. Promote content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
7.2. Target accounts or content involved in scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes.
7.3. Resell our services in violation of our reseller terms (see Section 8) or misrepresent MJPanel's services as your own without a reseller agreement.
7.4. Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems, API, or panel infrastructure.
7.5. Use automated scripts/bots to place excessive orders with intent to disrupt our platform.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Reseller & API Terms
8.1. Customers using our API or reseller panel access must comply with all sections of these Terms.
8.2. Resellers are solely responsible for their own customers, pricing, disputes, and support. MJPanel provides no direct support to a reseller's end customers.
8.3. API abuse, rate-limit violations, or attempts to bypass system safeguards may result in API access suspension.
9. Third-Party Platform Risk Disclaimer
9.1. Social media platforms' terms of service may prohibit the use of engagement/marketing services like ours. Use of MJPanel's Services may carry inherent risk to your account, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, shadow-banning, or suspension by the platform.
9.2. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this risk. MJPanel is not liable for any action taken against your account by a third-party platform.
9.3. We recommend reviewing the terms of service of any platform before using promotional services on it.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. MJPanel's Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJPanel and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or account access, arising from your use of our Services.
10.3. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1. Information We Collect: Account details (email, username), payment information (processed securely via third-party payment processors — we do not store full card details), order history, IP address, and device/browser data for security purposes.
11.2. How We Use It: To process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our Services, and communicate important account or service updates.
11.3. Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary information with payment processors and service providers strictly to fulfill your orders.
11.4. Data Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
11.5. Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve user experience, remember login sessions, and analyze site traffic.
11.6. Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
12.1. MJPanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Abuse of our support team or systems
- Any activity that harms MJPanel's business or other customers
12.2. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
